Somatic Unwinding Sessions
The Somatic Unwinding Method developed by Kuldip Quinterno, based on over 25 years of clinical practice.
This body-based therapy works with the fascia to support the release of stored trauma and emotional tension, activating the body’s natural self-regulation and healing responses. Sessions are structured, guided, and focused on restoring balance and functional freedom in the body.

Since this is your first session with us, we will use this opportunity to assess what your body requires to open up and shift into a more effective and empowered state. By watching your movements and sensing the quality of your tissues, we gain insight into how to ease and resolve areas of pain and stored tension. Through a blend of hands-on contact and open dialogue, we can outline a clear path forward toward the shifts and improvements you seek. Our approaches include grounding practices on the floor, targeted lengthening and stretching with the arch table, gentle release work for the organs, and support for the nervous system when called for. At its core, this session launches a path to greater ease in your body and a deeper sense of vitality and confidence in daily life.

For those of you looking to keep easing into greater freedom in your body and building toward a stronger, more vital way of being, we spend these sessions gently peeling back layers in the connective tissues and getting to the heart of what's driving the aches—especially how your emotions play into it. It's an ongoing process of letting go, one that helps lift the weight of exhaustion, tightness, that heavy feeling, and the sense of being cut off from yourself. We're not here for a quick fix; we want to be a steady partner in keeping your body supple and ready to take on whatever comes your way. Each time, we tune right into where you are that day, doing everything we can to work through those deep-seated knots in the tissues.

For clients aiming for deeper release, this two-hour session provides ample time to fully attune to the body's signals. We address the entire form—from floor-based grounding to arch table lengthening following natural release and integration cycles for thorough unwinding. It targets entrenched fascial and nervous system restrictions, dissolving stress- and emotion-linked patterns that appear as fatigue or disconnection. Building on prior work, it makes way for greater fluidity and vitality.

Re–Sync Session
This whole-body movement technique calms the nervous system, releases stress, and brings body and mind back into balance. It offers immediate relief, gently dissolving tension, supporting alignment, and restoring ease and clarity. Though just 15 minutes long, its effects can last for days—leaving you feeling more present, connected, and at peace.
The Re—Sync reset can be added to a bodywork session or booked on its own as weekly support, helping you stay balanced and clear over time.
