These online kundalini yoga classes are specifically designed for supporting healing in different areas. Our intention and approach, is to help you move into a more healthy and happy you. We suggest you work each kriya (practice) consistently for two weeks to begin with. It’s likely you’ll notice more energy, alignment and clarity as a result of prioritising caring for yourself. If there are any exercises that cause you any pain or permanent discomfort, slow down and pace yourself. You will grow into the movements over time.
