After brushing the teeth, gently pull the tongue scraper from the very back of the tongue over to the tip of the tongue, then rinse thoroughly under running water. Repeat this procedure 2 to 3 times. Then rinse your mouth well. Always keep the tongue scraper dry and disinfect it regularly with boiling water.
